1. Who we are

Proctel Consulting Services (“Proctel”, “we”, “us”) provides consulting and managed services across procurement, enterprise technology, AI, cyber security, ESG and workforce solutions.

Proctel Consulting Services is responsible for (the controller, or data fiduciary, of) the personal data described in this policy.

2. What this website collects

This website does not collect personal data about you directly. Specifically, it:

• sets no cookies of any kind
• uses no local storage, session storage or similar device storage
• runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts
• contains no forms, sign-ups or user accounts
• does not build a profile of you or track you across sites

The only way to send us information through this site is to email one of the addresses we publish. That is a deliberate choice, and it is described in section 4.

3. No third-party requests

Every file this site needs, including its typefaces and scripts, is served from our own web server. Your browser does not contact Google, Cloudflare or any other third party when you visit, so no third party receives your IP address through this site.

Like any web server, ours receives your IP address and browser information in order to deliver the page. Those server logs are used only to operate and secure the site and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

4. When you email us

If you contact us at contactus@proctelnow.com or proctel@blackcube.ae, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, email address, employer and the substance of your enquiry.

We use that information only to respond to you and to progress any engagement that follows. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or the steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists on the strength of an enquiry alone.

We keep enquiry correspondence for three years after our last contact with you and then delete it, unless it forms part of an engagement record we must keep for longer or the law requires us to retain it.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy in portable form. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

These rights may arise under the EU and UK GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, or other applicable law.

To exercise any of them, email contactus@proctelnow.com with “Data protection request” in the subject line. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

6. International transfers

We operate from the UAE and India, with delivery across the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Correspondence you send us may therefore be accessed from any of those locations, subject to appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.

7. Security

We maintain administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited personal data this site involves. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and email in particular is not a confidential channel — please do not send sensitive information by email unless we have agreed a secure route with you.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page will always show the current version.
