What is the difference between eSourcing and eProcurement?
eSourcing covers choosing suppliers and agreeing terms: RFx, auctions, evaluation and award. eProcurement covers buying under those terms: requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices and payment.
Which sourcing events can you run?
RFIs, RFPs and RFQs, two-stage RFI to RFP processes, reverse and forward auctions, sealed-bid tenders, multi-attribute auctions and multi-round negotiations.
Who makes the decisions?
Your team. We prepare and run the event, but scope, negotiation mandate and award each wait for your approvers, and every step is recorded.
